**Skop Kerja**:
- Menerima dan memproses pesanan.
- Mengeluarkan invois transaksi jualan.
- Mengesahkan pesanan, termasuk maklumat peribadi pelanggan dan butiran pembayaran.
- Menghubungi pelanggan melalui telefon atau e-mel untuk menjawab pertanyaan dan mendapatkan maklumat yang hilang.
- Lebih kepada kerja-kerja pentadbir.
- Menyelenggara dan mengemas kini rekod jualan dan pelanggan.
- Menyusun laporan jualan bulanan.
- Mempercepatkan pesanan melalui perhubungan dalaman.
- Mengarahkan maklum balas daripada pelanggan kepada jabatan yang berkaitan.
- Menyokong jabatan jualan dengan tugas pentadbiran lain, jika diminta..
**Kelayakkan**:
- Min Dip dalam semua bidang
- Mempunyai pengalaman dalam pentadbiran jualan, atau peranan yang serupa.
- Kemahiran interpersonal dan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang luar biasa.
- Pengetahuan tentang penyimpanan rekod pentadbiran.
- Biasa dengan laporan jualan dan rekod jualan.
- Kemahiran dengan pemprosesan perkataan dan perisian hamparan.
- Kemahiran komunikasi bertulis dan lisan yang sangat baik.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
