**Event Project Executive**

Responsible for overall project management including planning, management and executing of events including small to large workshops, conferences, exhibition, webinars and other company related events to ensure successful organization and production of events. Ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to. Directs coordination of activities to prepare for the day of the event.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage and oversee event and executing project(s) to include information gathering, pitching, planning, execution and post event reporting within budget and timeframe.
- Acts as the key liaison between the client and supplier by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
- Responsible for event logistics including working with event management companies and other applicable vendors. Constantly monitor and update the progress of the event production to internal stakeholders to ensure the events are carried out as planned and met the target determined for the take up.
- Preparation of income and expenditure report and other applicable reports relating to each event and constantly monitor and report the status to the management team.
- Identify event opportunities and generate new ideas to drive continual optimisation of event campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to licensing or any regulatory requirement in handling the event.
- Assist with the preparation of event proceedings, event collaterals, briefing notes, duty list, presentation slides and related documents with regards to event production.
- Onsite event management on rehearsal and event day and ensure smooth administration of events.
- Follow-through and prepare pre-and post-event evaluations, reporting on the outcomes.
- Post follow up of event with all parties.

**Requirements**:

- 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Aggressive, Creative, Dynamic and able to work independently in servicing customers and able to manage events with smooth flow & with great satisfaction.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Have your own transport & willing to travel outstation.
- Have outstanding interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, process oriented, good follow-through on work and is able to multi-task on projects.

- 确保遵守处理活动时的许可或任何监管要求。
- 协助准备活动议程、活动宣传品、简报、职责清单、演示幻灯片和有关活动制作的文件。
- 在排练和活动当天进行现场活动管理,确保活动的顺利进行。
- 跟进并准备活动前后的评估,报告结果。
- 在活动结束后与所有各方进行跟进。

**条件:**
- 应聘者必须至少拥有市场营销、商务、活动或其等同的文凭/学位。
- 在相关领域拥有3年工作经验。
- 必备语言:英语、中文、马来语。应聘者如果能**够流利书写和口语表达中文**将受到优先考虑,因为职务需要与客户以中文进行沟通。
- 积极主动、富有创意、充满活力,并能够独立地为客户提供服务,以及能够以流畅的方式管理活动并获得高度满意度。
- 具备出色的沟通和谈判技巧。
- 必须拥有个人交通工具并愿意出差外地。
- 具备出色的人际交往能力,积极主动,富有进取精神,注重流程,工作态度认真,能够在多个项目上同时工作。

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
