**Role purpose**
- As an internal consultant to business end-users in the area of process automation and operational efficiency. Business analyst role to determine business requirements and finding solutions within the UTSB business systems to drive process automation.
- Support users for Invoice Processing, User ID management, Interface file management for Esker/CODA
- Involved and assist in system implementation (EDMS, Esker)
- Maintain CODA Agresso report. Update report according to user’s requirement.
- Create, maintain and monitor Integrity Scheduler
- Prepare documentation (FAQ, manual) for projects

**Dimensions**
- Support scope includes UTSB group of companies such as UTSBM, UTP, TMS, TCCPM and etc.
- Support all users that use CODA, Quantum, EDMS and Esker system

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Projects (Esker, EDMS) including internal configuration works, support task for companies and interface management
- Internal delivery of Development task (Maintain reports)
- Support task (Maintain/ monitor schedulers, Al-gresso financial reporting tool, coordinate with vendor to troubleshoot issues)
- Operation management for Application area ensuring SLA, PN resolution and KPI management with vendor
- RFP, Sourcing and delivery of Projects for CODA, Esker, and Financial system for charity organisation

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM13,000.00 per month
