_**JOB OVERVIEW**_

To provide the company with high
- level advisory services regarding site acquisitions, project management, permit approval structuring, risk, dispute resolution, fiscal efficiency, and compliance of contractual arrangements.
- **KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Manage site acquisition personnel to accomplish the business obiectives.
- Establish project priorities and goals for project performance including budget and schedule limitations.
- Escalate to management as and when needed for approval or changes in a project.
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
- Coordinates with tower owners and or private landlords to negotiate and secure lease entitlements as project scope defines.
- Negotiate or oversee the negotiations done by site acquisition personnel to meet guidelines.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Supervise and manage the Company's Legal Site Database.
- Manage relationships with landlords.
- Participate in contract negotiations to ensure cost savings.
- Supervise and manage relationships with contractual counterparts (Landlords).
- **QUALIFICATIONS**_
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering or the equivalent
- Experience in the related field is required for the position
- Strong leadership skills and project management skills
- Good communication skills
- Prior experience in site acquisitions and project management will be an added advantage time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
