- Account Assistant / Executive
Job Description:
- Handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate of financial report and other
Related schedule
- Perform basic office task, such as filling, data entry, processing the mail,etc
- Ensure account deadlines are met
Job Responsibilites
- Responsible for day to day operation of Accounts Department
- Responsible to handle account payable ( Key in supplier invoice, prepare payment &
Issue payment voucher)
- Responsible to handle account receivable ( Issue invoice, Issue CN, follow up payment)
- Monthly payment reconciliation and follow up customer payment.
- Ensure the completeness & accuracy of financial figures disclosure in financial statement
- Follow up collection from customer
- To coordinate among the subordinates to ensure completeness & timely submission
Of report
- Assist in strenghthening and improving of internal control & processes
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent,banker, etc
- Familiar with SST submission
- Handle all task assigned by management from time to time
- Handle any other ad-hoc task assigned by management
