1. Identifying and resolving technical issues 2. Providing technical support to teams within the organization. 3. Developing reports for teams across the business. 4. Setting up accounts for new MES users. 5. Developing platforms for key users to ensure smooth business processes. 6. Assisting with system integration between MES and dyestuff/chemical dispense system. 7. Regular maintenance of the Orgatex/Kuans server.
