**Responsibilities**:

- JOB OVERALL PURPOSE
- The Community Specialist will act as the key execution player in helping to create a friendly and open culture while supporting members as they grow their businesses. Additionally, this role will handle day-to-day operations of the space, field requests from vendors and partners, assist in event management internally or externally, and help to maintain the overall happiness of the community. This is a very entrepreneurial position with potential to grow into a greater role as Komune expands. The team member will be involved in many aspects of the company and join Komune as a key contributor to the team. The Community Executive should be passionate about entrepreneurship, start-ups and small businesses locally and globally; as well as understand the concept and values that make up a co-working space.
- JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. General duties/tasks:

- 1.1 To assist in the administrative operations of Komune to ensure the smooth running of the
- business.
- 1.2 To conduct tours for prospective clients and attend to any queries or concerns they may have
- in a friendly manner.
- 1.3 To engage with the Komune community frequently to cultivate a strong collaborative culture
- and facilitate new bonds where necessary.
- 1.4 To assist in events hosted at Komune or other venues.
- 2. Specific duties/tasks:

- 2.1 To present Komune as a viable community-centric work space when dealing with prospective
- clients.
- 2.2 To oversee the weekly engagement of part-time cleaners and ensuring the cleanliness of
- Komune is kept at a high level.
- 2.3 To conduct weekly pantry checks to maintain stock levels and replenish when necessary.2.4 To be responsible over matters related to dispatch or collection of parcels belonging to Komune
- or on behalf of Komune members.
- 2.5 To assist at roadshows involving event coordination on adhoc basis and be willing to work on
- weekends if necessary (replacement leave available).
- 2.6 To foster good relationship with clients, including:

- 2.6.1 Physical walkthrough and on-boarding of new members
- 2.6.2 Professionally engage in the personal and business interests of potential clients.
- 2.6.3 Collecting important data such as contact information from potential clients.
- 2.6.4 Contributing ideas to improve the culture and grow the Komune community.
- 2.7 To assist in the communications of Komune, including:

- 2.7.1 Responding to inquiries on Komune social media platforms in a timely manner.
- 2.7.2 Answering phone inquiries and following up where necessary.- 2.8 To perform any other duties/tasks related to the Komune as assigned by the Company.**Benefits**:
