Develop and manage financial systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and yearly financial statement and reports for all companies.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize working capital.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision making and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including, external auditor, tax agent, Company secretary, financial institutions and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance to minimize tax liabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide financial guidance to the top management and support other departments within the organization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, accounting best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
- Oversee day to day accounting functions including account payable, account receivables and general ledger.
- Streamline financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor coaching the department team, providing guidance and support for their career development.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a finance management role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and decision making.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information to the top management.
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
