Digital Marketing Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing trends and technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience to build a strong online community.
- Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on website and campaign performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
