Banca Manager

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of banca staff to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of the local market.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying their financial needs and offering suitable banking products and services.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers about financial products.
- Open new accounts, process transactions, and ensure adherence to all banking regulations and compliance procedures.
- Manage branch operations to ensure smooth running, efficiency, and adherence to risk management protocols.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Set and monitor branch performance metrics, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and account growth.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Banca/Insurance: 4 years (preferred)
