The SAP Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in the assessment and enhancement of business operations by leveraging industry best practices. This position involves proactively addressing incident and change requests reported through the customer's ticketing tool, meticulously resolving them, and diligently updating their statuses within the same tool.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis:
Incident and Change Resolution:

- Responsibly manage incident and change requests raised by customers through their

ticketing tool.
- Employ expert problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve incidents and implement

requested changes.

Ticketing Tool Management:

- Utilize the customer's ticketing tool proficiently to maintain accurate records of all incidents and change requests.
- Ensure timely updates to ticket statuses to facilitate transparent communication and

resolution tracking.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
