**About Our Client**

**Role Description**
- Creative Design Work: Lead creative, self-initiated, and flexible design projects.
- Product Development: Provide product design and development services based on guidelines from supervisors and customers.
- Trend Research: Research and identify suitable product and market trends to inform design decisions.
- Sourcing Assistance: Assist the merchandising team in sourcing materials and researching trends, colors, and trims for sample development.
- AI Tools Utilization: Use AI tools to generate and enhance design ideas and drawings.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Form 5 or above in Design or a related discipline preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in the USA and European markets for sundries, gifts, and home décor items. Experience in seasonal product design is essential.
- Skills and Knowledge:

- Proficiency in product and material knowledge with strong development skills.
- Familiarity with the merchandising and product development process.
- Strong command of design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CAD, and 3D MAX.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Personal Attributes:

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Result-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, responsive, and detail-minded.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and build strong relationships with internal and external parties.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
