**Manages**: Instructors and Deck Assistants

SuperSharkz Swim School is a vibrant community dedicated to fostering a love for swimming. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Deck Supervisor to manage our classes and ensure a fantastic experience for our students and their guardians.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead and mentor instructors and deck assistants, ensuring excellence in our swim curriculum.
- Manage class schedules, instructor assignments, and maintain a dynamic pool environment.
- Conduct evaluations, training, and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Engage with students and parents, ensuring they're delighted with our services.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Be the face of SuperSharkz, embodying our values and commitment to quality swimming education.

**What We Need from You**:

- Passion for swimming and teaching.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide guidance, discipline, and feedback to your team.
- Eagerness to engage with students and parents, enhancing their SuperSharkz experience.
- Experience in swim instruction or a similar field is a plus

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
