NOC (Network Operation Center) is the central command and control center for ‘Transportation Execution’ across the Amazon Supply Chain network supporting multiple geographies like NA, India and EU. It ensures hassle free, timely pick-up and delivery of freight from vendors to Amazon fulfillment centers (FC) and from Amazon FCs to carrier hubs. In case of any exceptions, NOC steps in to resolve the issue and keeps all the stakeholders informed on the proceedings. Along with this tactical problem-solving NOC is also charged with understanding trends in network exceptions and then automating processes or proposing process changes to streamline operations. This second aspect involves network monitoring and significant analysis of network data. Overall, NOC plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Amazon transportation and thereby has a direct impact on Amazon’s ability to serve its customers on time.
Within NOC, Quality auditors monitor the quality of processes. They create audit parameters for processes, develop quality control procedures, perform audits, provide feedback and training to the defaulters. We are looking for a detail-oriented quality auditor to oversee our quality control processes. You will be developing testing parameters for our processes, reviewing processes for compliance, and assessing SOPs. You may also need to train employees on quality standards. To ensure success as a quality auditor, you should possess in-depth knowledge of the process. You have to work for 5 days in a week and can Work from Home in this profile.

Key job responsibilities
- Developing and implementing quality control audit plans.
- Identifying audit parameters for processes.
- Training employees on quality standards and procedures.
- Ensuring that processes comply with standards.
- Documenting defects and recommendations for improvement.
- Preparing and presenting quality audit reports to senior management.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements.
- Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
- Maintains or exceeds targeted performance metrics.
- Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed is a plus.
- Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed.
