Good communication skill in English and Malay
- Answer, screen incoming calls and direct caller to the appropriate individuals
- Mail coordination - Collect, sort, distribution and record incoming and outgoing mails
- Manage courier service agreement
- Welcome visitor by greeting and directing them appropriately before notifies company personnel of the visitor arrival
- Keep safe and clean reception area
- Updating company telephone extension list and share it with colleagues
- Stationery monitoring - order, maintain distribution records and inventory
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment and duty assigned by superior and the management as and when require
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
