Product Packaging Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop packaging and labelling for new and existing products in line with customers’ needs and company initiatives.
- Implement product packaging and labelling and deliver the projects on time.
- Execute Change Control and documentation for branded and OEM product packaging following SOPs.
- Ensure that packaging and labelling comply with all relevant regulations, guidelines, product use, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Maintain, create, and update packing specification documentation.
- Create, automate, and manage labels using Barcode Labelling Software.
- Support the product team and project team to provide essential support for product development projects.
- Support the regulatory affairs team to submit necessary product packaging information to secure product registration approvals.
- Work with external packaging and labelling vendors to ensure timely set up of packaging and labels.
- Manage and monitor the interdepartmental artwork checking process flow.
- Manage and monitor packaging shipping trial evaluations.
- Upload and manage working instructions in the quality management software.
- Ensuring accuracy in packaging and labelling designs and processes.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the Sales & Marketing, Operations, or Regional Managing Director.
- Contribute to the overall success of the business by providing support to packaging-related needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree, in Engineering, Science, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years related working experience is preferable, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge in ISO, GMP or both.
- Knowledge in graphic design is a strong plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
