a. Manage the Production / Forging Department. b. Implement and maintain the QMS for the Production / Forging Department. c. Monitor and review the performance of Production / Forging Department. For greater productivity and efficiency, studying employees' performances and analyze costs. d. Prepare production schedule with constant review and follow up with other departments. e. Liaise with other departments for all material procurement and expediting. f. Liaise with Human Resource and Administration Division for providing adequate and effective training to workers. g. Liaise with Quality Assurance Department pertaining to all QA/QC matters. h. To conduct safety awareness programs, e.g. safety videos, safety walk, safety talks etc. together with HSE Manager i. Ensure safe usage of all equipment and periodic checks on this equipment are carried out by the respective parties. j. To monitor the periodical calibration of equipment and machineries is well maintained and updated. k. To ensure proper distribution of the drawings in the department. l. To monitor that machine and facilities are according to company requirements and propose new technology or replacement of the machines when needed. m. Responsible for overall safety of all employees, Clients, subcontractor workers. n. Responsible for and ensure corporate governance, environment, health & safety policies are compliant. o. Carryout tasks as stated in ISO 9001 QMS procedures.
