Tbm Electrician

Responsible for repair, maintenance assembles and dismantles the TBMs (Tunnel Boring Machineries) and safety equipment. - Maintenance and repair of other equipment on site if required. - Set up and troubleshoot the TBM. - Help design PLC for the TBM. - Modify TBM PLC Program, HMI and drawings. - Test and calibrate TBM instrumentation. - Tunnel preparation prior to Client Handling Over Inspection. - Site management during pipe jacking. - Perform daily safety and maintenance checks to ensure a safe working environment. - Assist with TBM and related system assembly and disassembly during related periods. - Operate and inspect machines or heavy equipment to diagnose defects. - Examine parts for damage or excessive wear. - To maintain all equipment in a safe and appropriate manner and ensure all warning, safety and signals signs are working properly. - To ensure project execution and completion tasks.
