Plantation Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise plantation operations/activities such as fruit plantation, manuring, pruning, machine operation, poison storage and daily maintenance work.
- Responsible to manage and oversee daily operation of plantation to achieve the company goals and objectives.
- To prepare and submit relevant daily, weekly and monthly progress report as and when required by the management.
- Maintain knowledge of pest and disease control.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Agriculture, Agrotechnology or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the agriculture industry.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership and management.
- Able to handle pressure, analyze problems and find solutions.
- Have a pleasant personality, independent and knowledgeable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
