**Responsibilities**:

- To perform administration activities for contract department such as to arrange sub-contractor to sign LOA, to maintain records and track payment certificate, workorder, Letter of Award and payment voucher, to file and etc.
- To expedites outstanding purchase orders to ensure delivery requirements are met.
- To tally Delivery Order with Purchaser Order in accordance to the agreed price & specification.
- To maintain updated Delivery Order records, Material Transfer records and inventory/ stock records in a excel report.
- To assist in carry out monthly physical stock check.
- To answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people.
- To perform individual project filling and safekeeping all the projects related documents in soft copy to the server and hard copy to well-labelled folder.
- Undertaking other duties and responsibilities delegated time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor's in business administration or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration field. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft and task management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse range of stakeholders.
- Energetic, positive, and good team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
