**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for first line user support and case logging
- Perform trouble shooting and monitoring on the hardware, software and networking issues
- Liaise with the contractor for on-site CCTV and network installation and cabling according to the project plan
- Update the computer inventory and specification list whenever any new setup and change
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology
- Minimum 1 year of relevant IT experience
- Good knowledge in system trouble-shooting
- Good inter-personal skill
- Able to start immediately would be an added advantage
- 5 days work per week

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
