- Maintain an organized workspace, sanitizing and cleaning appropriately
- Selling products like coffee and tea selections, drinkware, or other merchandise
- Assist in managing and restocking inventory
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
- Educate customers on product selection and coffee offerings
- Operate coffee shop equipment and be willing to learn new brewing methods

Education and/or Experience:

- Malaysian Only
- Applicant must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/ Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism/Cuinary Management or equivalent.
- Culinary school education is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision
