**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine and non-routine quality control tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods, using various analytical techniques and equipment.
- Conduct physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses of samples to ensure compliance with established specifications.
- Document and report test results accurately and promptly, maintaining detailed records in relevent system.
- Investigate and troubleshoot any deviations, out-of-specification results, or non-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Assist in the validation of analytical methods, including method development and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and supply chain, to address quality-related issues and ensure continuous improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of quality control plans, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Assist in the preparation and review of documentation for regulatory submissions and audits.
- Contribute to the identification and mitigation of potential risks in production processes.
- Participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and quality assessments.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement within the QA/QC team and the organization as a whole.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field, accompanied by a m1n1mum of 3 to 5 years of practical experience within a quality control or analytical laboratory setting.
- Profound expertise in areas like dispersion, latex, and the workings of a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with method validation and verification.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and quality control tools.
- Experience in ISO 9001:2015 will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in using laboratory software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office.
