Orthopaedic Shoes Technologist

1 Design, test shoes product or subassemblies for functionality or quality. 2 Monitor in troubleshooting problems with related equipment, devices, or products. 3 Evaluate patients, measure, design medical footwear, and fit patients with the products. 4 Monitor/Build product subassemblies or final assemblies. 5 Monitor, implement and adjust production processes and equipment (following company's SOP) for quality and productivity. 6 Arrange preparation and materials installation. Ensure materials needed is in stock and available, report to admin or management if materials not enough or unavailable 7 Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures (SOP) 8 Develop, build, or test new footwear design, processes, or procedures 9 Test and adjust footwear for patients 10 Instruct or advice patients in how to use and care for their footwear product.
