To carry on the business of constructing, renovating, altering, repairing and demolishing of residential, industrial commercial or other building: the constructing altering and repairing of highwaysand streets; bridges; viaducts; sewers; water, gas and electricity mains; railways roadbeds; subways; harbours; airports and other types of construction work which includes sitepreparation works such as axcavation and foundation work which includes site preparation works roofing works; finishing works such as tile setting and painting; building services such as plumbing, air -conditioning and electrical works; installation and erection of building equipment such as lifts and escalator; fire protection and security systems; building automated systems for remote monitoring, awnings and window shades; and installation of solar control films.
