Job Description: 
- To manage the arrears customer up to termination stage in timely manner in accordance with current policy and guidelines  
- Assist the FRs on assessment and motivation of credit risk to a credit committee
- Asset management in the prescribed region(s):

- Pre-Action before overdue or inactive account(s),
- Collection,
- Repossession and Remarketing of assets.
- Portfolio development based on quality and return
- To support on credit related closing report
- Continually seek ways of improving standards, methods and process
- Adhering and complying with internal as well as external Governance
- Strive to continue growing and improving personal skills and knowledge levels with the commercial vehicle asset finance sector
Job Requirements: 

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business administration or related field
- Relevant business knowledge and experience
- At 5 years proven collection management in the asset finance industry
- Sound knowledge on collection & legal process
Key Competencies / Skills Required
- Highly motivated independent thinker
- Ability to skilfully analyse and interpret financial and commercial information with a view of assessing credit risk
- Reasonable understanding of the legal framework relevant to commercial asset based financing
- Possess of a thorough working knowledge of movable asset finance products
- Good commercial acumen
- Strong communication skills and the ability to forge strong working partnerships with the SMY sales teams.
- Be proficient in key aspects of IS/IT specifically Microsoft Office (Excel, Word Outlook PowerPoint).

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
