Ensure that vessel meets all statutory and regulatory certifications and any additional requirements of the clients.
- Ensure that all repairs to the vessels are carried out timely and in a cost effective manner.
- Prepare docking specifications for the vessels and attend to all dry docking matters.
- Provide support on all onboard vessel related issues.
- Resolve analysis and trouble shooting.
- Liaison with Class / 3rd Party surveyors.
- Maintain and update proper records of vessel reports.
- Provide regular onboard vessel visits to assigned vessels to attend to repairs.
- Proposing and identifying of vendors and good suppliers for vessel spare parts for purchases.
- Undertake any other Technical related assignments as and when required.
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant experience in similar position.
- Possess relevant sea-going work experience as Third Marine Engineer with minimum Class 3 certification or equivalent with in experience in AHTS, Offshore Supply/Offshore tug/ Dive Support vessels.
- Familiar with ISM / ISPS.
- Company provide accommodation for those who are not local.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
