**Duties & responsibilities**
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
- Responsible for achieving sales and marketing objectives.
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project/sales information between sales/factory/clients and project team (relevant parties).
- Accountable on all sales related paperwork (Quotation, Proposal, Report).
- Full assistance to the Sales team as the bridge and coordinator on all sales related matter/activities.

**Skills & qualification**
- Minimum of SPM/Diploma in relevant field.
- 1 or more years’ experience in sales of interior materials or furniture industry.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Effective communication in Malay and English including verbal and written.
- Possesses good negotiation skills and self-motivated.
- Maturity and confidence in presenting solutions to client business needs.
- Possess valid driving license and willing to travel domestically.
- Willing to work in retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
