**ADMIN, CLAIM- OFFICE HOUR/IMMEDIATE HIRING**
- Location: Jalan Ampang (nearby LRT Jelatek)
- Basic Salary: RM 2,300 (fixed) + OT (if needed)
- Can start immediately: February2024.
- Working Hour: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Minimun Bachelor degree above in **Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in claim operation will be a good advantage.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Malaysian only with Age limit : official 20 - 38 years old
- Able to start work immediately - February 2024
**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Ensure daily claims received are registered in system as well as manual register on timely basis.
- Ensure claims documents received daily being scanned in Filenet.
- Update Direct Credit and beneficiary details on daily basis and update in EWMS for agent references.
- Support claims operation process in handling administrative works including cold calls from all channels.
- Prepare manual letters based on transaction performed and refer for assessor’s verification
- Monitor unsuccessful claims payment transaction via Direct Credit.
- Prepare Direct Credit Listing for Claims reserve and submit on daily basis to Finance GETB dept.
- Prepare and submit all management, regulatory and ad-hoc reports within the agreed timeline.
- Support UAT, ORT, BCP and Risk Management activities as and when needed.
- Any other assignments given by the HOD.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 per month
