**Responsibilities**
- Access customer BIM requirements and construct solution proposal.
- Prepare initial files for project teams at BIM project setup.
- Process mapping for moving an organization form 2D to 3D environment.
- Provide fundamental and intermediate on training.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert to advise clients on Industry Best Practices and Standards when it comes to BIM Modeling.
- Provide quality control for completeness, checking, protocols, produced by Revit and BIM Software.
- Establish BIM Strategy, BIM standards, requriements, procedures and execution plans for the orgnisation.
- Take on the role of BIM Manager overseeing project schedule, cost, resources, risks for BIM projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction / Architecture or any equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years working experience and rail experience is an added advantage
- Willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Excellent knowledge in software related to BIM / REVIT / AUTOCAD.

**Salary**: RM10,382.00 - RM14,978.00 per month
