General Worker

1) Prepare all schedules and preparation of horses for operations 2) Ensure horse welfare. 3) Assist practical hands on follow up training of rest of junior staff. 4) Prepare lesson plans and feedback weekly 5) Participate actively in dept operations meetings and activities. 6) Responsible for all equipments and gear, horse feed and supplements 7) Attend pre service briefing and all training given by the Supervisor 8) Ensure yard chores carried out daily. 9) Work closely with Equestrian Manager and Coordinator to ensure customer and guest satisfaction. 10) Follow up in all health and medication practices as per equestrian manager and vet guidelines. 11) Ensure horsemanship A and B practices carried out daily 12) Risk management and safety practices followed closely 13) Take over and assist coordinator duties when coordinator off
