Job Responsibilities:

- To prepare Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) co-ordination drawing.
- To check individual M&E shop-drawing.
- To update M&E shop-drawing list.
- To support M&E project team on shop-drawing submission.
- To conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution.
- To be responsible for model management and administration.
- To in-charge of BIM content development approvals for the project.
- To provide support in work coordination with coordinator.

Job Requirements:

- Possess BIM Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a BIM Modeller.
- Hands-on experience with using BIM for planning, scheduling and design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- BIM trained and certified.
