**Position: Administrative Assistant (Full-time/Part-time)**

**Location: The Gardens Mall, Inside Toy8**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform sales and operational administrative tasks.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support to faculty and teachers.
- Handle sales and cashier tasks with accuracy.
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English; Japanese language skills will be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities.
- Educational qualification of SPM/STPM/UEC/IGCSE/O-level or equivalent.
- Age 18 or above.
- Preferably extroverted and enjoys engaging with people.
- Passion for music and education is a plus.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
