**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
- Receiving and placing customer service telephone call
- Maintaining solid customer relationship by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
- Assist doctor in procedures
- Perform cashiering, dispensing, stock-taking and other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
- Orders and maintains inventories of supplies, as required to support day-to-day unit clinical and administrative operations (panel claim, updating invoices and bills)
- Arranges for prescribed laboratory tests, specialist referrals, and/or diagnostic procedures
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Desired Characteristics**
1. Able to work in teams and demonstrates proactive behavior and takes initiatives
2. Fluent speaking in Bahasa Melayu and English
3. Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
4. Energetic, attention to detail and commitment to meeting deliverables
5. Have own transport
6. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
