**Summary of Principal Job Responsibility**:

- An Account Officer supervises the financial bookkeeping and records of an organization. They are responsible for recording transactions, payments and expenses and processing invoices. They also send out bills and invoices, follow up on overdue payments and ensure that a company’s invoices and payments match up correctly.

**Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Accounting entries (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash book), Bank Reconciliation.
- Maintaining financial records.
- Checking invoices.
- Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
- Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
- Handling queries related to accounts.
- Process payment
- Any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, accounting software.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- accountancy/finance: 1 year (required)
