**General Accounting Operations Associate - Japanese/Korean Speaker**

**OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB**
As a General Accounting Operations Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily financial accounting operations within our shared service setup. Your main objectives include meeting operational performance targets, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

**This opportunity is open to fresh graduates eager to kick-start their career in finance.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily financial accounting operations within the shared service setup.
- Manage operational performance to meet targets and Service Level Agreements with clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and facilitating resolution.
- Lead the Change Request (CR) process and drive team succession effectively.
- Provide a comprehensive view of service delivery to clients and act as an escalation point for service-related issues.
- Support ad hoc contractual projects for clients and initiate continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with Accenture policies and procedures applicable to the dedicated unit.

**Operation Excellence**:

- Collaborate with OE support team to enhance operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate sound operations management experience, including SLA management.
- Possess basic knowledge of contractual and change management processes.
- Exhibit strong client interaction skills.

**Problem Solving**:

- Manage unstructured problems related to service delivery for clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address contractual issues.

**Project Management**:

- Participate in meetings and reviews as per defined MOS system.
- Support cost control efforts within budget.
- Facilitate hiring, development, coaching, and performance management of staff.
- Foster team succession and maintain continuous delivery.
- Manage client communication and expectation management.
- Drive innovation and focus on creating value for clients.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in finance accounting or relevant field.
- Fluent in Japanese/Korean and English, with strong oral and business writing skills.
- Familiarity with F&A outsourcing operations.
- Rich experience in client-facing roles, with excellent communication skills.
- High level of responsibility and dedication to work.

**Working Conditions**:

- Overtime may be required during peak periods.
- Non-standard hours and occasional travel may be necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
