**LOCATION : IPR-INTAN SITES**
**Major Responsibilities**
- Site visits
- To visit and monitor the progress of project implementation on existing projects.
- To conduct site visits and explore any new potential land for project expansion together with Regional Officers and State Agencies.
- Progress reporting
- To prepare regular reports on the adherence to project timelines, guidelines and Key Performance Index (KPI).
- To identify any issues or challenges impacting project implementation.
- Administrative support
- To compile and maintain project-related documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and approvals.
- Stakeholder engagement
- To collaborate and facilitate with the internal and external stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with IPR-INTAN objectives and guidelines.
- To facilitate communication and information sharing between project teams, management, and relevant stakeholders.
- Execute the policies and strategies for the development of all clusters integrated project for the purpose of poverty eradication & alleviation, employment and income generation and assist to execute the project implementation programs assigned as per project schedule for IPR-INTAN.
- Prepare and/or monitor submissions of documents, such as financial costing, project review reports, presentation pack, minutes of meeting etc., for reporting or presentation purposes.
- Prepare and /or monitor the submission of documents such as financial costing, project review report, presentation pack, minutes of meeting or IPC by the contractor.
- Assist to produce relevant reports and communicate results/outcome to superior/division for further review and decision.
- Undertake research and information gathering with regards to social development activities for management update and review.
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant Division for information gathering, action plan updates etc. to complete the value chain activities.
- Facilitate and monitor project implementations within the development area.
- Highlights issues relating to projects, provides recommendations for solutions and perform follow-ups on action plans for issues closures.
- Produce all related organizational documents and submission for reporting and consolidation purposes.
- To ensure all financial transactions are being recorded into the SAP project accounting system, prepare monthly budget report and reconciliation and any other ad hoc reporting related to finance reporting.
- Assist in periodical financial and other audits for IPR-INTAN projects, or as and when required.
- Develop and maintain working-level partnership with the relevant Agencies, Project Management Consultant, Anchor companies and Contractors to facilitate the project implementations.
- Review reports submitted by consultant and identify issues for further deliberations. Particularly issues concerning business model, business plan and cash flow projection.
- Assist to execute project implementation programs assigned as per project schedule.
- To prepare and update budget sheet on monthly basis that includes SAP
- Review reports submitted by consultant and identify issues for further deliberations. Particularly issues concerning business model, business plan and cash flow projection.
- Assist to provide value adding recommendations on the project issues.
- Perform follow-ups ensuring closures of issues.
- Perform any other tasks as and when assigned.
**Position Requirements**
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary / Animal Science / Agronomy / Plantation / Agriculture / Agribusiness / Business Administration or any other related disciplines from recognized University.
- Minimum two (2) years of working experience in related job function.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English (writing and speaking).
- Flexible and willing to travel extensively.
