1. Ensure the efficient provision of Welcome Desk services. '¢ Assist Welcome Desk Executive/Sr Executive to ensure the Welcome Desk services provided to guests and customers are fulfilling the resort's quality standard. '¢ Assist Welcome Desk Executive/Sr Executive to ensure the guest check-in and check-out process is in order and efficient. '¢ Assist Welcome Desk Executive/Sr Executive in handle the special check-in and check-out procedure for VIP guest and special guest. '¢ Coordinate with Welcome Desk Executive/Sr Executive in assigning room for VIP guest and pre-registered guest. '¢ Perform Groups inter-hotels reservation for in-house guest. '¢ Promote any resort's event and package to customers and guests. '¢ Provide the necessary information to guests/ customer as and when required by the customer. '¢ Ensure and maintain a good hygienic standard and procedures including a social distancing and guest tracking have been practicing all the time while interacting with guest. '¢ Ensure and maintain appropriates standard of conduct, dress code and appearance to project the image of the Resort 2. Handling of customer's minor complaint and request. '¢ Handle the customer's minor complaint and request with the assistant of the relevant departments. '¢ Ensure all customers' minor complaints are being rectified and all the customers' request is being complied with. '¢ Obtain the customers' feedback on the services and products provided by resort and report to the Welcome Desk Executive for further action. '¢ Taking any initiative to prevent and/ or solve the disputes between guests or staffs when and as required and report to Welcome Desk Executive for further action. 3. Contribute to the protection procedure of guest and their properties. '¢ To be familiar with the resort's emergency procedures and taking any necessary action to ensure the maximum safety of guests and employees in case of emergency. 4. Others '¢ To answer the incoming call promptly and efficiently. '¢ Assist Welcome Desk Executive/Sr Executive to follow up the customer care activities. E.g. sending amenities to guests who are sick. '¢ Handling membership subscription fee '¢ Any other duties as and when required by the Management.
