Account/finance Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account/Finance Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of finance and accounting. You will work closely with our finance team to support our day-to-day operations and contribute to financial analysis and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Help with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including data entry and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Perform research on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to contribute to financial decision-making.
- Assist in the maintenance of financial records and documentation.
- Help identify process improvement opportunities within the finance department.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned by the finance team.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
- Previous experience or coursework related to finance or accounting is a plus.
