Create order shipment based of PO given by planner (Customer)
- Print out of Load Diagram for each shipment creation (cross dock & direct customer)
- Preparation of Load Manifest & Delivery List by customer together with creation of Commercial Invoice (CI)
- Handle data entry matters using system for goods received (GR) from customer.
- Assist to monitor & controlling for the stickering activity which done by 3rd party. All done stickering finish goods need to key into system based on PO given
- Update into sharing point/file for all info which related for the outbound activity
- Responsible for change batch & updating the bin location
- Updating the tracking pallet for CHEP. Need to request empty pallet if low of stock for operation
- To perform cycle count activity by daily basis
- Involvement for the monthly stock count activity
- Handling for aging stock and damage products for disposal purpose
- Other duties as assign by superior

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
