**Job summary**:
As an Accounting Intern, you will assist the accounting team with financial reporting, managing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining financial records. This internship offers hands-on experience in tax compliance, financial analysis, and expenses management. You will learn to use accounting software, develop your analytical skills, and gain practical knowledge for a career in accounting and finance.

**Key responsibilities**:
1. Raising and invoice processing.

2. Processing expense requests.

3. Credit control.

4. Cash book maintenance.

5. Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers.

6. Banks reconciliation.

7. Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.

8. Basic administration.

9. Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

**Learning Opportunities**:
1. Gain hands-on experience in preparing financial statements, reports and records.

2. Learn to monitor accounts receivable, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.

3. Assist with journal entries and adjustments to ensure accuracy in financial records.

4. Learn to track and record company expenses accurately.

5. Gain insights into preparing tax documents and filing requirements.

6. Adaptability and flexibility to learn about AutoCount software.

**Requirements**:
1. Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

2. Have basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.

3. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

5. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM500.00 per month
