To carry out full set of HR job task
- Coordinate with the hiring managers on the recruitment of qualified personnel based on approval by the General Manager, following established standards, policies and procedures
- Issuing Employment Letter
- Manage and issue "Investigation Forms to employees
- Issuance of show cause/disciplinary letters to employees
- Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
- Oversee the Hotel’s staff facilities including staff locker rooms, staff area, and staff canteen
- Renew staff contracts
- Manage the General Manager’s diary to co-ordinate meetings/appointments, and to ensure smooth running of such meetings
- Take minutes at the Morning Briefing, prepare minutes & share to the team
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments and all levels of staff on matters directed by the General Manager
- Maintain systematic up-to-date filing and tracing systems of HR matters
- Managing leave forms, calculate leave taken and balance, submit for GM's approval, fill in accordingly, send calendar invite to GM as a reminder if staffs on leave (for HODs only)
- Update and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant information
- Notify and follow up with all departments regarding attendance records before the payroll cut-off date each month
- Update Insurance Staff Movement listing (if any)

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
