The Assistant Supervisor is responsible for supporting the overall management and operation of the food and beverage establishment. This role involves assisting in coordinating and overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality in food and beverage offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervision and Leadership**:

- Assist in the supervision and guidance of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Support in training and onboarding new team members.
- Collaborate with the supervisor and management to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure excellent customer service by assisting in the resolution of customer complaints and concerns.
- Monitor and maintain service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.

**Operations Management**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

**Quality Control**:

- Monitor food and beverage preparation to maintain quality and consistency.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in scheduling and managing staff shifts effectively.

**Financial Management**:

- Support in budget management and cost control initiatives.
- Assist in analyzing financial reports and implementing strategies to improve profitability.

**Compliance and Regulations**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations, implementing changes as necessary.

**Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and themed nights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive sales and customer engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Willing to travel to another outlet (if needed).

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
