**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible to carry out matters related to Finance, Accounts & Tax function and duties.
- Prepare the monthly and yearly financial report to ensure accurate financials in accordance to appropriate accounting principles and standards.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports and management accounts to Head Office.
- Prepare periodic cash flow planning and management to ensure optimisation of fund.
- Prepare monthly billing to ensure timely and accurate billing to the customer.
- Ensure on tax matters for the power plant.
- Prepare tax estimation as and when required to ensure optimal tax instalment and avoid any tax penalty;
- Prepare yearly tax computation to ensure accuracy and timeliness of tax filling, supporting with proper valid documents.
- Assist on the annual statutory audit and finance external audit process to ensure audit schedule are provided on accurately and timely manner.
- Assist on preparation of periodic financial forecast as and when requested by head office;
- Assist on preparation and coordinate annual budget exercise at power plant to ensure accuracy and timely submission of annual budget reporting pack to head office.
- Assist on providing information to local authorities as and when required.
- Assisting the Plant Finance Manager in SAP implementation work including all relevant UAT/System testing and system configuration and mapping exercise.
- Assisting the Finance Manager and working closely Operation Team to provide strategic analysis of the Cost Drivers and performance of Plant.
- Perform other additional tasks that are relevant and necessary to accomplish the company overall objectives, which may be assigned from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Education Qualification required:

- Degree in Accountancy and/or Finance from a recognized higher learning institution.
- Work experiences required:

- Minimum 3 years working experience in Manufacturing environment preferable exposure in ERP environment.
- Familiar with SAP and have exposure in SAP MM, PM and FICO module with working knowledge of minimum 1 years and above
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Familiar with SAP system in FICO, MM and PM module.
- Hands on with analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- A good team player.
- Good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
