As a Front Crew, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. You will be responsible for various tasks related to customer interaction, order processing, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Assist customers in choosing menu items and provide information about specials or promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

**Order Processing**:

- Take and accurately enter customer orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure orders are prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to communicate special requests or dietary restrictions.

**Cash Handling**:

- Process customer payments, handle cash, and provide accurate change.
- Maintain the integrity of the cash register and follow cash handling procedures.

**Maintaining Cleanliness**:

- Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Monitor and clean dining tables, chairs, and other customer-facing areas regularly.
- Assist with restocking condiments, utensils, and other necessary items.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other front crew members, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operation.
- Communicate effectively with team members to provide excellent service and address any challenges.

**Compliance with Policies**:

- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to customer service, cleanliness, and other operational guidelines.

**Upselling and Promotions**:

- Recommend additional items, upsells, or promotions to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about menu changes, specials, and promotions to inform customers.

**Multitasking**:

- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as taking orders, processing payments, and attending to customer needs.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Willing to travel to another outlet (if needed).

**Salary**: RM2,150.00 - RM2,750.00 per month
