QA Executive

**Business: Printing Industry**

**Location: Kepong**

**Job Duties and Responsibility**:

- Assist Assistant QA Manager in ensuring company compliance with applicable customer requirements, legal requirements and company certified systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on customer quality and NCR issue.
- Compile statistical quality data and analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Ensure quality system based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GDPMD & FSC and to continually improve on quality management system to achieve quality products and services

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum Degree in Engineering field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in QA operation.
- Experience in handling customer audit, qualified auditor in ISO standard and maintaining ISO documents
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese dialect
- Requires an approachable personal style, effective problem analysis, ability to deal effectively with change and conflict and excellent planning and organization skills.
- Strong leadership skills - Demonstrates initiative and innovation in achieving results. Inspires trust in other by demonstrating high ethical standards and personal integrity.
- Communication skills - Interacts effectively at various levels and with different audiences. Analyzes and presents the appropriate issues in a clear, concise and logical manner.

- Builds a strong team in own department that is technically competent and characterized by a high level of coordination and trust. Develops effective working relationships with peers and superiors within and across organizational lines.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
