**Job Description and Qualifications**

Purpose

This position is responsible for all the inter-company transactions and activities, Internal Order Accounting (IO), across Asia regions, including China, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan. This position needs to make sure that all activities, including inter-company transactions, month-end closing and reporting are booked and processed timely and accurately.

**Nature and Scope**

This position is responsible for Intercompany Accounting activities, such as leading monthly intercompany payment process, supporting to country or company level external audits, Transfer Pricing documentation, SOX and accounts reconciliation etc.

He or she need to provide functional support for the activities or ad hoc request from Corporate Decision Support, Business Decision Support, External auditor, Corporate Tax, Country Field Finance (CFF), etc. Work closely with regional and global team to provide necessary proceedings and information to ensure controls in place.

Primary customers_**
- Internal Customers:
To create and maintain the Cost Allocation module for all legal entities in Asia, create internal order for expats assignment etc, this incumbent need to interface with all necessary internal functions included Corporate Decision Support, Business Decision Support, Corporate Tax, SBS, Global Accounting, Corporate Treasury, Human Resource etc.
- External Customer

To provide detail information for the requirement of local tax audit and group and statutory audit, the incumbent is expected to support CFF to deal with local authority and/or External auditor for any questions or issue.

Primary responsibilities - to ensure daily operations on the intercompany accounting, Internal Order accounting across the Asia region to be compliance with APCI policy and procedure and adherence to General Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP).

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

All inter-company transactions and activities are booked timely and accurately, including

but not limited to:

- Inter-company A/R billing and receivable
- Inter-company A/P booking and payments, including in-house cash payment
- Internal order and cost center assessment
- Identify and confirm billed and unbilled amount

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

The incumbent is expected to have bachelor’s degree in financial accounting, diploma holder (with more than one year working experience) or fresh graduate (major in accounting or finance) who plans to pursue in accounting or finance degree/qualification.

The incumbent also needs to have good interpersonal and communication skills, strong desire to learn, independent initiative, customer focus, adaptability to change, and a proven ability to effectively analyze and solve the problems in the daily operation.

Be able to handle and prioritize important/urgent situations.

Languages requirement: fluent in English - both oral and written and professional in Chinese language—can speak, read and write in Chinese swiftly.

Job incumbent should be well verse with IT skill and automation mindset.
