- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner. Provides outstanding customer service.
- Responds to customers’ questions and advise best product options to solve their concerns.
- Conducts price and feature comparisons to facilitate buying. Always offer the best deal for our customers.
- Cross-sell relevant products to increase the basket size.
- Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
- Records sales by creating or updating customer profile and order.
- Processes payments by summing out customer purchases, processing cash, e-wallet payment, credit and debit cards.
- Proactively contact customers on new promotions. Arrange for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed.
- Alerts management of potential security issues.
- Provides customers’ feedback to the Retail Lead.
- Stay up to date on new products and promotions.
- Keeping track of inventory, including performing daily stock take and receiving of stock.
- Replenish stock based on guided stock keeping level.
- Maintaining store visual merchandising and keeping the store tidy, clean and dust-free.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about natural skin care products.
- Ability to work full retail shift (10 am to 10 pm) during weekdays and weekends.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly sales driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to converse fluently in two languages.
- Ability to work in different locations within Klang Valley (e.g. Pavilion KL, 1 Utama or Sunway Nexis).
- Malaysian citizen.
- Ability to work at least 4 days a week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
