Supervisor Pricing

**Responsibilities**

As an Executive in the Pricing and Quotation department, you will play a crucial role in facilitating quotation and tender process seamlessly with attention and high accuracy to details. Your will collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

**1. Quotation Management**
- Receive, process and generate consistent and timely customer quotations within the group pricing framework.
- Submit quotations with accurate pricing within established timelines and customer requirements.

**2. Tender Identification and Coordination**
- Identify Request For Quotation (RFQ) and tender listings on major customer e-procurement portal.
- Liaise with sales team to coordinate and prepare tender documents promptly and accurately.

**3. Sales Order Management**
- Receive and process Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order Confirmation (SOC) from customer.
- Distribute Sales Order Confirmation and related documentation to operation team for order processing.

**4. Quality Assurance**
- Maintain all product brochures, catalogs, technical specifications and quoted quotations and tender documents.
- Ensure timely, completeness, accuracy and error-free submission of quotations and tenders documents in accordance with customer requirements.

**5. Stakeholder Management**
- Coordinate with internal cross functional team to fulfill quotation and tender requirements and any revisions as needed.
- Obtain necessary confirmation and approval from stakeholders, including sales managers, finance, operations and project managers.

**Qualification**
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to details, good communications, willing to learn, multi-tasking, and adapt to fast-changing environment.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
