Pet Groomer

Grooming:
Dematting and detangling hair as required.
- Bathing, conditioning, and drying pets.
- Trimming pets’ nails, brushing their teeth, and cleaning their ears.
- Grooming and styling pets according to pet owners’ instructions or standard grooming styles.
- Accommodating special requests that pet owners may have.
- Identifying health issues in pets, such as ear infections, skin conditions, or tooth decay, and informing pet owners of these observations.
- Ensuring that all pets are safe during the grooming process.
- Routinely cleaning work areas.
- Recommending suitable products to pet owners.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

- Perform daily cleaning tasks within the cat boutique, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in cat care areas, retail spaces, and the cat cafe.

Litter Box Maintenance:

- Regularly clean and maintain litter boxes in the cat cafe and other designated areas.
- Monitor and replenish cat litter as needed to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for cats and visitors.

Grooming Area Cleaning:

- Clean and sanitize grooming stations and tools after each use.
- Ensure grooming areas are tidy and well-maintained for both staff and customer use.

Boarding Facility Cleaning:

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in the cat boarding facilities.
- Clean and disinfect cat enclosures, bedding, and play areas.

Retail Space Maintenance:

- Clean and organize retail shelves and displays to showcase products effectively.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.

Assistance with Cat Care:

- Assist with basic cat care tasks as needed, such as feeding and providing fresh water.
- Collaborate with the grooming and boarding teams to maintain a high standard of cat well-being.

Communication:

- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure a coordinated approach to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns promptly to the relevant authorities.

Customer Interaction:

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions related to cleanliness and hygiene in the cat boutique.

Adaptability:

- Undertake any additional tasks reasonably requested by other department heads.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
